I use it to cook on the stove top and convection. It cooks evenly and it's durable yet isn't so heavy that it's easier to use than any other cookware I've had in the past. One feature that I really love is the design of the handles, lid and overall look of the cookware is so nice that I am happy to put it directly on the serving board or the table. It also cleans up nicely and holds it's appearance.

Have had this pan for a few months. It's our first piece of Hestan and we love it. It's very well made, versatile, cooks as good as any of the All-Clad we have, and best of all it's much lighter weight and easier to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is great. This braiser feels solid and not too heavy in a good way. Very easy to clean if you are familiar with stainless steel cookware.
