Beautiful pan! Works as good as it looks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both enjoy cooking and we have a few favorite pans, both copper and stainless (and an inherited cast iron skillet). This Hestan Copper Induction Braiser is now added to the list, at the top! I have made several dishes so far - seared baby bok choy; garlicky chicken thighs and some fresh skate fillets. All browned beautifully and cleanup was easy and quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's well balanced, lighter weight and perfect to make a meal for 1 to 4 people. I made chicken with veges, tomato sauce with eggs and chopped chicken in it.
