We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool.
