I really enjoy the pots and pans but was mislead by the dishwasher fast. It's recommended not to put them in the dishwasher. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. I have the 3 size Reserve pan collection. I have used the 10in pan just about everyday. I purchased my pans 8/2023. The bottom of this pan still looks brand new. Just recently I noticed a little pitting in my pan but 3 years that can happen, so I now have 2 others left 8in and 12in, I have no complaints the foods doesn’t stick and very easy to clean, Also used in the oven a bunch of times I never put my pan in the dishwasher and no metal utensils.
