I really enjoy the pots and pans but was mislead by the dishwasher fast. It's recommended not to put them in the dishwasher. I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. I have the 3 size Reserve pan collection. I have used the 10in pan just about everyday. I purchased my pans 8/2023. The bottom of this pan still looks brand new. Just recently I noticed a little pitting in my pan but 3 years that can happen, so I now have 2 others left 8in and 12in, I have no complaints the foods doesn’t stick and very easy to clean, Also used in the oven a bunch of times I never put my pan in the dishwasher and no metal utensils.
