I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. Frying the tofu in the 12-inch GreenPan resulted in an even golden-brown color.

I have used them only two times and they already are scuffed in the inside. They are nice but wish they didn’t scuff already.

Hello. I bought these pans about a year ago and kept on using them because I paid a lot for them. But they are horrible. The worst part is how things stick to them (NOT non-stick) and how difficult they are to clean because of that. Not only would I not buy these again, I am going to get rid of them.

I have used each of them three to five times. They are very light, easy to use and easy to wash. I am not sure how long the non-stick coating will last, but as of now it works perfectly.
