This is a real workhorse pan for me. It has been the most durable non-stick pan I have ever owned: however, that's really a relative term. After 2 years, some warping has occured, and the non-stick finish is (as expected with all non-stick cookware in my experience) not fully non-stick as when new. As someone who rarely uses stainless steel, I was very surprised at how easily this was to heat up, and get to cooking with. I’ve made a few proteins on it so far, and some asparagus, all of which turned out great! I hand wash lightly afterwards, and depending on what I made, I’ll dish wash, as well.
