Nice construction and handling but no more "non-stick" than a standard stainless steel saute pan. The "user guide" give ridiculous and impractical advice for seasoning the pan, which should not need to be done on a product straight from the manufacturer that is advertised as non-stick.

The pan warped, first layer wore off in one section of the pan and the titanium layer appears to have a small divot in it to the base layer.

Very bad frying pan in terms of food sticking to the pan. I have tried medium heat with oil and food constantly sticks to the pan. Not good especially given the high price. When contacted Anolon, they said I can’t return it despite only used for two weeks or so. This one goes to the garage bin real soon.
