Contrary to the hilarious description of this product (see above). Small typo but a great name to counter for advertising purposes. It is not a "syainless steel product. It is very saine. durable and appropriate for your home use for generations. And, this purchase rounds out my collection of Anolon cookware. Works for me.

I already purchased the larger pot and pan set but was very happy to see this 12-inch skillet on sale. It is perfect.

Anolon Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel makes entertaining second nature. Its stainless steel interior is made without coatings and lets flavors shine, while a 5-ply clad base with a copper core delivers steady, responsive heat for confident simmering, sautéing, and sauce-making. Mirror-polished exteriors and tulip-inspired curves bring sculptural beauty to the stove, balanced by handles that steady the weight for easy lifting and controlled pours. Rivet-free domed lids self-baste to lock in moisture without mess, while extra-thick folded rims resist dents, guide drip-free pouring, and make cookware truly dishwasher-safe. Oven safe to 500 degrees F, Nouvelle Copper invites you to linger with recipes that reward time.
