Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. I purchased this pan to replace my dedicated nonstick pan for eggs. I seasoned it twice using the potato skin, oil and salt method. It performed beautifully the first time I cooked eggs in it.
