Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. It’s still a great pan, but I wasn’t expecting that much of a difference between top width and bottom width.

This seems like a great non stick pan- until you crack an egg on the side. The coating chips off immediatly so after one week I had a bunch of scratches. I watched and realized it was where I crack my egg. The coating shouldn't go on the top of the pan, only the inside. I think most people use these for eggs.

This is a lovely piece to cook with and clean up following. After being very careful cooking and handwashing, I made the mistake of using a wood spoon, which marked the coating. This was my mistake, but be very careful with the pan. I am purchasing a new one.
