My teflon skillet was showing signs of wear and scratches. It is such a har decision about what material is best for a skillet. So I am hopeful that this anodized skillet will not wear out quickly and or produce forever chemicals. .The 12 in. size is perfect for my one skillet stir fry meals for 2-4 people.
