Says pre seasoned but not really

The bottom warped - now it wobbles. From online reviews, it looks like this is a great pan, IF you are cooking on a gas stove. The pan is listed as being compatible with all cooktops - that doesn't appear to be the case. Some manufacturers say that pans come slightly warped but flatten out while cooking. This never flattens while cooking. I don't think it wobbled when I first started using it. After about three weeks, using two to four times per week, I realized it was wobbling on the cooktop. If this pan is going to warp on a glass cooktop, despite never being used over medium heat, that needs to be stated up front, BEFORE I spend $150. Apparently this can be fixed with a wooden board and a hammer, but I'd rather just return it.
