The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed.
