I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair. When I ordered this toilet, the site said that the company was Perigold. Thankfully, the toilet was undamaged and I like it very much.. Deborah. Ridgewood, NJ. Wed Sep 24 2025

Love this toilet. Just keep in mind when you install this toilet that the water shut off and hose can go behind the toilet so you don’t see it. If your water shut off is already on the outside of that area you will not be able to move it once the toilet is installed. Efficient and conserves water.. Elliott. Aurora, IL. Thu Jul 17 2025

The Aquia IV dual-flush elongated one-piece toilet (seat not included) is the epitome of modern form and function. The skirted design conceals the trap way, which enhances the elegant look of the toilet and adds an additional level of sophistication. The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also offers the benefit of being easier to clean versus a two-piece toilet. By removing the gap between the tank and the bowl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris. An additional benefit of the one-piece toilet is that there is no threat of leaks from bolts or gaskets that can occur in two-piece toilets. The aquia iv features Toto’s Dynamax Tornado flush®, utilizing 360-degree cleaning power to reach every part of the bowl. This version of the aquia iv includes cefiontect® technology, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with Dynamax Tornado flush®, helps to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The enhanced design of the aquia iv inner bowl reduces water flow resistance and turbulence, resulting in a quieter flush. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for tougher jobs. This version of the Aquia iv offers to t40 washlet®+ and auto flush compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Washlet®+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. The universal height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The toto aquia iv meets the standards for Epa watersense® and California’s cec and Walgreen requirements. The aquia iv comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Does not include a seat or washlet®. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible washlet® or seat, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and water supply lines.

Nice modern look toilet. I was concerned the low GPM would be an issue but it is not. I paired the Aquia IV with Toto's s550e washlet for seamless pass-thru water line and electric cord. Added an auto-flush module (THU765) for s550e so I do not use the top flushing buttons and can't speak to whether or not i prefer them on top or a different toilet design where the flush handle is on the side. However, I have several of these toilets and I'm happy with them.. Scott. Orange, CA. Fri Mar 24 2023

I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed. I think the valve may be defective but I love the toilet and that is the reason I gave it only 4 stars.. Anonymous. Thu Feb 12 2026
