The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit. Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems.
