I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh.
