The seat seems like is not the right one.

I’ve written this review multiple times and it keeps showing up. I said the same thing in each review. This order was cancelled because I thought it was a full toilet and it was only the bowl. I am sure it is a fine toilet but since the order was cancelled, I can’t comment.

REVIEW UPDATE: The manufacturer had listed this item incorrectly!!! The original listing appeared to be for both the toilet and the tank. However, it did not come with the tank. After contacting Wayfair, they found the listing error and corrected it by supplying the tank. Once again, Wayfair's customer service exceeds all others! The tank can be found under 39679000 Essence 1.28Gpf Left-Hand Toilet Tank Only. The set (see new photos) looks quite modern and provides an up-to-date finish to my newly remodeled powder room! Before ordering I read the review saying that there was only one piece. Therefore, I contacted Wayfair and asked them what was included. The description clearly states "Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)". It requests you to choose "right-handed flush" or "left-handed flush". It also gives you the toilet and the tank measurements. Thus it was concluded by myself and Wayfair's representative that the tank was included. However, the tank did not come with the toilet! I contacted Wayfair and they are contacting the manufacturer. I believe this to be an oversight on the manufacturer's end. Who would order only half a toilet??? This is the only reason for giving it two stars. After I receive the tank and it's installed I will add additional photos and change my rating if at all possible. I might add that as always, Wayfair's customer service exceeds any other. This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)". Okay guys-you MUST read this review! First let me say the 5 stars is for THE PRODUCT ONLY! The toilet is beautiful! BUT!!! Let me also say that I ordered this originally MONTHS AGO-the first one came shattered. So I called to get a replacement, which Wayfair happily did. However, on the call I also mentioned that there were not "two pieces" as stated in the description, as the tank was not with the toilet bowl (and the seat didn't count as it was listed as "included". I was told that there "should be" and that when the replacement came in, if I still had not gotten it to let them know and they would make sure I got the tank. (I did decide to keep the toilet seat since it was not damaged and thought it might be nice to have a replacement seat later down the line when I might need one.) A few WEEKS later I got a call from the shipping company telling me that the replacement was ALSO broken in transit and they were not going to bother trying to deliver it but instead would ask for me to get ANOTHER replacement toilet sent out. (Sigh) Finally the day came (3 months from original order date) when I received my toilet. Surprisingly it was not broken, however there was still no tank! So I called Wayfair again. This time the rep told me that it was not supposed to come with the tank! I told her that the description says it does and the measurement chart even included it. She referenced other people's reviews and the fact that all of them complained about there being no tank. I explained that there should be because that is what is advertised, and what I ordered. She said she would "submit a ticket" for me and I would hear something by next week. Because I was certain that would lead to nothing I went ahead and called GROHE. They told me that the toilet did NOT come with the tank and that the description given on Wayfair's website was incorrect. SO...I got a part number from the rep and the price-which was high! He told me I could shop around and might find it cheaper elsewhere. Well, lo and behold WAYFAIR HAD THE TANK-and it was cheaper than everyone else! So I ordered the tank from Wayfair. It came VERY quickly and was not damaged at all! The following week I got an email from Wayfair stating that the ticket submitted had resulted in ANOTHER toilet being sent to me again! (obviously without a tank!) It arrived to me without issue-super quickly-however I was surprised to see that it was okay because the box was opened all the way and through my RING doorbell I saw the delivery guy literally carry the toilet up to my door on his shoulder and then drop it on my front step! The toilet was not broken-however the box had a hole in the side of it and the toilet seat had apparently caught the brunt of whatever the box hit because the toilet seat was marred up. -BUT that was okay as well because I had kept the toilet seat from the first broken toilet that came! Now I just need to order ANOTHER tank and I will have gotten 2 toilets for all my trouble! So, as long as time is no issue and you have patience to deal with possible hiccups, I do recommend the toilet. And just in case you do decide to order this toilet, the tank you need to look for is: Part # 39678000 Essence 1.28/1.0Gpf Dual Flush Toilet Tank Only Regardless of the issues, this toilet is very nice and I look forward to many years of use from it!
