Fabulous all around! My Toto Drake toilets arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order. They’re now installed and we’re all loving them! I went down the toilet search rabbit hole for months and finally decided to get the ones I initially wanted. Months wasted over trying to find the best one when it was right in front of me the entire time. Silly me.

Toilet is good. However I ordered two, both arrived shattered. I had to bring them to FedEx shipping center. Of the two replacements one arrived intact, one was broken again. One more trip hauling this to FedEx shipping center. Disappointed I couldn’t get the intact products I ordered and had to haul the broken toilets back to ship without compensation for the hassle

The toilet itself is great and works wonderfully. Unfortunately, our lid and tank came damaged. The only option was to either return the entire toilet or take a discount. We took the discount and ordered pieces separately.
