Overall, we’re very happy with the upgrade. It is noticeably easier to clean compared to lower-end toilets, and it flushes efficiently—usually just one flush is enough. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. We expect it to last many years (at least a decade), and it also helps reduce water usage since one flush is usually enough. After we moved into our ( new construction) house, we found that the standard (15”) toilets were too low. It was especially difficult for a member of our family who was recently disabled. After doing fairly extensive research, we were happy to find it on Wayfair. However, the delivery experience was a big hot mess. We ordered 3 toilets to make them consistent ( for the benefit of our disabled family member). It shipped in 6 boxes… so, of course, a few boxes got lost en route… we also had to reschedule the plumber several times. Although Wayfair customer service was very good at helping to resolve the issues each time it happened, it dragged on for several months. In retrospect, I should have ordered one at a time

Excellent! Replaced a toilet we bought 10 years ago and almost hated since day 1. We have an old house with tiny bathrooms and bought the toilet at a big box store that had the smallest footprint. It was also cheap, and you do seem to get what you pay for: wobbly, hard to clean, doesn't rinse clean, plugged often. This toilet is none of those things. Can you love a toilet?
