The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. The fill valve had to be replaced with another brand. Now that it was replaced, I will say that I do love it. It now works super.

The bowl was scratched in the back side and there were streaks on the back side. I suspect the bowl may have been a return. I kept the product because you couldn’t see the scratches and I really needed to install a replacement toilet

Excellent toilet. It flushes better than any toilet then I have ever had or seen. I recommend this toilet to anyone.

Love the consistent performance of a Toto toilet. The flushing mechanism is as expected. On this model i like the look of the sleek tank with clean edges. This is a round toilet and not elongated, therefore its fit is for kids and ladies (IMO) I think men would find this too small and close to the ground.

Did a lot of research as I wasnt sure if I wanted a Toto American Standard. The Toto Drake had good reviews and I liked the streamlined appearance. I also thought the color was a closer match to my existing tub and sinks which our a lighter beige color. I was a little concerned about ordering this o line due to breaking or cracking in shipping. This was so well protected with styrofoam and packing, it was not an issue.
