First of all, Perigold/Wayfair customer service is 5 star and provides great service. My rating is for the armchair. Initially, bought 2 armchairs and had a 3rd one sent. I needed a matching set, but out of 3 armchairs, no 2 chairs matched. All had different color finishes. The 3rd armchair did not seem as well made as the other 2 chairs.
