This is a very nice chair. It fits perfectly in a corner of our guest bedroom. The arms and back float above the seat which visually gives the impression of taking up less space. It's also quite comfortable and appears to to be well constructed.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU WANT ANY BACK SUPPORT. There are 24 inches from the front of the chair to the back. I am over 6 feet tall and when I sit in the chair with the backrest up against my back, my feet dangle. TERRIBLE DESIGN. I am surprised that Perigold carries it. I have arranged for it to be returned. Perigold's service was excellent in arranging for the design-related return.
