I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly. Just screw in the 1lb tank (I think you can get an adapter to use a 20lb), turn on the burner and push the ignite button. Very simple!!
