Wonderful product! I absolutely love this griddle.

Very happy with this griddle, well made, perfect fit when assembling, easy to use and light. So far works perfectly.

Weber advertises this griddle as "Pre-seasoned and ready to cook on right out of the box." This is incorrect. The 1st thing you read when you take it out of the box is a statement that says the griddle must be seasoned before use. Why would they do that? Could have had a 5 star review. And didn't even provide any seasoning wax. Bummer.

Love cooking on it. Even and fast. Hate the lid. Very cheap and no hinges. Very surprised at that for what it cost.
