We love our griddle. One thing I would hope you stand bye the product we purchased. The left side tray one side the weld isn't good its not connected to one side of the metal. Im hopeful you will send us a replacement tray that is welded properly. I took some pictures if you need me to take more pictures I can. We are getting ready to season or Griddle so we haven’t even used the griddle yet.

I love how fast this cooks large quantities of food. I am still learning temperature control and how to not overcook food. It does require extra care and maintenance that is an additional learning curve.
