Customers find the product easy to assemble and use, with many praising its large size and excellent performance for cooking large meals. We love our griddle. One thing I would hope you stand bye the product we purchased. The left side tray one side the weld isn't good its not connected to one side of the metal. Im hopeful you will send us a replacement tray that is welded properly. I took some pictures if you need me to take more pictures I can. We are getting ready to season or Griddle so we haven’t even used the griddle yet.
