This blackstone is huge!!!!!

this was the best gift i could ever have as a mother that loves to cook! Big enough for my family to enjoy break lunch and dinner and love the storage space

This product is beautiful, a little difficult to put together but if you get a cover it will last!

I have recently purchased and assembled a blackstone 36" pro-series grill with the omnivore griddle and cabinets. It is awesome. Took me and a son 1.5hrs to assemble (remember to remove the propane hose and connecter from the griddle bottom before installing the griddle, or you will uninstall and re-install :) ). I am not overly technical, nor do I follow directions well, but this was a very user-friendly manual/install. No issues, parts were easy to identify along with which screws and the step by step was flawless (except un-taping the propane hose). The griddle is just fantastic. I purchased the blackstone griddle seasoning and used that 3 times before using an oil for the 4th seasoning and that was it. It seasoned well. I have cooked on it several times with absolutely no sticking yet, this includes the big breakfast, philly cheese steaks, smash burgers and a rice with habanero mango sticky Gue. No issues. Cleaning is very easy too. My first cook i through a couple of taters through the grease hole, i then purchased a gate for it. I was on the fence with the rear grease trap but am happy i have it. I like pulling the food to me and not pushing it away and using the sides to assist in picking up food. One concern of all i know so far and will attach a couple of pictures. The side shelves have sharp edges near the griddle, the stainless is folded up, maybe to stop liquids, but it is rather sharp, and you will need to make sure to pay attention to that. I have informed blackstone of my concerns and maybe they will manufacture it out in the future. Outside of this, i have no complaints. It is awesome. If you are not sure you need or want a griddle, get one... So much fun! better than grilling so far, easier and easier to clean up.
