This little grill is a powerhouse. This is my first gas grill. It's just me and sometimes family and/or friends so I don't need anything huge. It's so easy to set up. Unzip the cover, lay it down, release the latch, and pull the lever while lifting straight up. Just screw in the 1lb tank (I think you can get an adapter to use a 20lb), turn on the burner and push the ignite button. Very simple!! Breaking down is just as easy with hydraulics to let it collapse easily. Looking forward to getting the griddle and using for breakfast at times. Flame is easy to adjust and cooks evenly.. Donnab26.
