Weber has LOST control of quality control; come to find out this grill has had major problems with broken control knobs for over a year.. they don't seem to want to fix the problem. Mine arrived with broken knobs, burners that wouldn't light, or stayed on after trying to turn them off. How would you return to pergold???????

Works like a charm.

My new grill Weber Summit E-670 natural gas arrived a week earlier than advertised. Freight company kept me up to date by text. When it arrived they delivered it to my patio, unboxed it took empty boxes with them. It took me an hour to have it fully assembled using BILT app, which really just involves securing the 2 side tables 2 bolts each side and the 2 lights on the handle 2 screws each and the accessory storage rack 3 screws. The only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver the wrench for the 4 bolts was provided. Installation would have gone a lot faster had I not stood back and oohed and awed over this masterpiece from Weber. Very pleased with the customer service from Heather at Wayfair in helping me with my pre-purchase questions and finalizing my purchase. I highly recommend Weber and Wayfair not to mention the courteous and professional service of Darius and his crew from Updike shipping. Thanks Wayfair for a wonderful experience.

Overall great grill except for 1 major flaw. For any grill, let alone one in this price range beef up the knobs. The have always felt cheap and are hard to get to turn without feeling like your breaking them. They get bound up all the time. Half the burners don’t light by turning the knob anymore.

Fantastic grill - it is quite a solid build. The first night we rotisseried a pineapple over triptip, shrimp and veggies, with some sauce on the side burner, just to make sure everything was good, and it worked like a charm!!
