We are a Weber grill family. We recently Purchased a Weber Premiere Genesis 425 natural gas grill with four burners. It is much better built than our Weber Genesis Silver 325. It holds heat better than our 12 year old. We have cooked pizza on our pizza stone (5 minutes), fresh salmon on cedar boards (15-20 minutes), whole Branzino and Skate Wing (less than 5 minutes). Steak (7 & 5 minutes-depending on thickness). Everything we have cooked has turned out perfectly. As with everything today, the price has risen. It is worth the increase. We had our last Weber for over 22 years. We purchased replacement pats from Orchard or directly from Weber. It still works great. We have run a natural gas line from our kitchen to our back yard. We use the Weber, day and night.
