The included pizza peel sits in a holster that mounts to either side of the cart. Soft close hinges keep the door closed in windy conditions and the 304 stainless steel looks great in any environment. The pizza oven works as advertised. Our first two or three pizzas were experiments with temperature, time in the oven, dough, sauce, etc. Now, we have a good system in place. Once you get the hang of it you will love it. Definitely worth the money. We also purchased the Blackstone regulator for the larger tank.
