• COOKING SURFACE - The oven features a high heat pizza stone or metal surface that heats up quickly and evenly. This surface is ideal for cooking pizzas, as it helps to achieve a crispy and evenly-cooked crust. As an added bonus, this oven also doubles as a mini oven for roasting chicken, prime rib, tri tip, fish, and even vegetables.
• TEMPERATURE CONTROL - The Mont Alpi pizza oven has an adjustable tubular air flow system for precise temperature control, allowing to achieve the desired cooking temperature, and ensures consistent results every time. The temperature display allows for extra precison on temperature control in any environment.
• NATURAL GAS CONVERTIBLE - Although this grill comes with a propane hose and regulator as it comes ready for propane use, it can be easily set up for conversion into the more environmental-friendly natural gas, providing another convenient, cost-effective, and reliable source of heat for your grilling experience without the hassle of replacing propane tanks . All Mont Alpi grills already come with the propane and natural gas orifices installed. You simply need to remove the propane orifice on the burner and use the natural gas hose and regulator that comes with the kit (conversion kit sold separately).
