Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly. I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. I also like that fact that I can turn off the larger burner to simulate indirect heating. This is a great barbecue. The easiest one I have ever assembled. Heats up quickly. For its size has good capacity. I just did an end of summer cleaning and that was easy and not messy to do. We love our griddle. One thing I would hope you stand bye the product we purchased. The left side tray one side the weld isn't good its not connected to one side of the metal. Im hopeful you will send us a replacement tray that is welded properly. I took some pictures if you need me to take more pictures I can.
