Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I got the 17 single burner to replace a 22" dual burner. Just my wife and I so the 22 was a bit much. The 17" is still more than enough for just two campers. I gave the 22 to inlaws for their larger family. This 17 heats up fast and evenly. Is pretty easy to clean and doesn't take up that much space. Can't hurt this iron griddle. I cook burgers, hotdogs, french toast, bacon, make toast, reheat almost anything like fries or burritos. If I had a complaint it would only be the weight. But the griddle is awesome. I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. Issue: The latch that holds the Griddle in place is missing the arm that locks it in. I need a replacement part. Question: I know where the 1 lbs. Propane tank Regulator goes ( Right Side). On the opposite side of the Griddle ( Left Side) there is what looks like a Brass Quick Connect for a 5 - 20 lbs Propane tank Regulator Connection. I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly. This is a great barbecue. The easiest one I have ever assembled. Heats up quickly. For its size has good capacity. I just did an end of summer cleaning and that was easy and not messy to do.
