So far so good. Only used it twice. Extremely well built. Much sturdier than the competition. Very even heating across the entire griddle surface.

Doesn't get as hot as I would like. Warps easily when anything cool is put on it. Need a better, thicker, heavier cooking surface. Flame monitor window is really cheap and hard to view thru. They need to use higher quality components for the price they charge.
