I got the 17 single burner to replace a 22" dual burner. Just my wife and I so the 22 was a bit much. The 17" is still more than enough for just two campers. I gave the 22 to inlaws for their larger family. This 17 heats up fast and evenly. Is pretty easy to clean and doesn't take up that much space. Can't hurt this iron griddle. I cook burgers, hotdogs, french toast, bacon, make toast, reheat almost anything like fries or burritos. If I had a complaint it would only be the weight. But the griddle is awesome. I added a leg kit for spots with no table.
