Love its flexibility and the color is wonderful. Great light and good height for reading in a chair. I believe designers should work on a different method to turn on/off. This is a series of unique metal and glass floor lamps. It features 3 'arms' with glass globes and end. It uses 3 G4 LED bulbs (sold separately). 3 Watts, because the LED lighting is much more efficient.

Inspired by the Putney lamp, we created a large-scale version. From each direction, its silhouette reveals three stacked rounded forms—a cylinder, a disc, and an elongated tapered coin base. Showcasing angular composition and balance, it has a mid-century feel with an updated take on the style via its cast aluminum. Topped with an off-white linen shade with off-white cotton lining. This is a beautiful lamp although it's not the finish I ordered. I ordered brass and received a chrome lamp. However I'm keeping the chrome, it is beautiful and the shade is the most noticed aspect of the lamp. The dimmer switch is by far the best I have ever seen! Just turn the dial from off and the light begins to glow, it works perfectly and so easily in that it is positioned right where you would expect it on this type of lamp. I'm using a 60 watt incandescent bulb and the warm glow it provides is perfect with this lamp and in my room. Finally, the lamp shade is perfect..
