This lamp is very special and unique. I love the design and the impact it has in my dining room. I swapped out the bulbs for a lower wattage. The upper range of brightness is just not needed in my setting and I wanted the dimming function to achieve less light output. The floor dimmer switch is quite nice and can be actuated with a foot so that is convenient. I wish the light could go even dimmer but that is a function of the LED bulbs. I also wish the bulbs produced a warmer light but again that is the LED's not the lamp. I'm using 2700 bulbs and I believe that is as warm as is available. I will keep looking for even warmer bulbs. The dispersion of the light is very special and a great feature of this lamp. My dining room has a 16 foot high ceiling and the lamp makes a beautiful dispersion of light all the up the wall and then an interesting pattern of light on the ceiling. I choose the 72" tall lamp and I'm very glad. I would probably even order it a bit taller if that were available given the height of my ceiling. One important note: Be very careful unpacking the lamp. The shade has a thin material that wraps over it on the outside. At first glance I thought it was more packaging and I almost cut it off which would have ruined the lamp. So be very careful when you unpack the shade!

Packing scratched the side of the glass

I was very disappointed that this heavy package was left outside my door in the box and not assembled .

I just unboxed my lamp along with the other items and the plexiglass glass on the floor lamp was cracked in several places. Please see pics attached. Can I exchange? Please advise. Thank you.
