Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. I can say that the pan seems very sturdy, well made, does heat quickly as stated in the advertising, and so far nothing sticks (fried chicken & potatoes, pancakes, reheated food). Nice lightweight frypan. Unfortunately, my first attempt to cook sunny side up edge wasn’t as good as a ceramic coated pan. The egg white stuck to the pan. Perhaps if I filled the pan with enough cooking oil to cover all the dimples the outcome may have been different. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan.
