Perfect for an egg or melting butter

4.75” gives the impression it is a small sauté pan. In reality it is a mini- very mini- sauté pan. You have to read very carefully to catch it’s around 2” cooking surface...You can fit ONE egg, sunny side up, or with a mini spatula can flip it. The cost of $65. Is VERY over priced. My husband received the package, opened it and then washed it so a return is out if the question.

I hate this thing! It is so small that it literally serves no purpose, I was not expecting it to be micro mini size, I’ll probably donate it to goodwill or something, I really regret this purchase
