I purchased this pan to replace my dedicated nonstick pan for eggs. I seasoned it twice using the potato skin, oil and salt method. It performed beautifully the first time I cooked eggs in it. I bought the 12" size and every time I use it the pan is just wonderful. It heats up quickly and gives an even sear to whatever I cook. I love these pans for everyday cooking. I have all three sizes 8, 10, and 12 inch but the 10 in gets the most use--and abuse. It’s too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it’s amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it. Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. This is a great fry pan set. This fry pan set has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. Great sizes for making your favorite one skillet meals or fry searing steaks or cooking your favorite style of eggs without them sticking to the pan.
