In both cases, during the extraction the display will show the shot timer. Steam/hot water activation: Both steam and hot water are dispensed from the steam wand. To change from steam to hot water and vice versa the user can press the central button. The display will light up the dedicated icon once the thermoblock is at the set temperature. To deliver steam or hot water you can rotate the knob counterclockwise. To enter the settings menu press the steam/hot water selector for 5 seconds.
