Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan.
