Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? One pan was way too big for me and my family so I gave it away as a Christmas present the second one was a 7 inch frypan and it is too perfect. I love it. I cooking it every day. I’ve had it some months now had no problems with it. I don’t put my fry pans in the dishwasher but it just takes a little swipe of some soapy water and its ready for the next job.
