I'm happy with the product, but not happy about the condition in which is was delivered

Sadly this is the second Opal I've purchased that runs for a bit and then dies. I ordered through Wayfair as it's the only way to get one in Canada so there is no return or warranty options.

Love this ice machine! Keeps up with my family of 6 and guests when we have them over. Super easy to set up and use. Might be the best appliance I’ve ever purchased!

I LOVE THIS ICE MAKER. I got it for our office and it has been great for almost a year now. It works wonderfully and I would buy it again.

So disappointed. Delivered March 26. Started return process because it broke on May 21. Reached back out to customer service to check on the estimated delivery date of the replacement and someone else told me I could not return it and there would not be a replacement sent. So disappointed.

I love my new ice machine. Its quiet and makes ice quickly. I just hope it doesnt start leaking or becoming loud. I will update in a few months if anything changes. Edit... 6 months in and still going strong. This is definitely the ice machine you will want if you love nugget ice. This is definitely an investment due to price but 1000 percent worth every penny.

Since my Samsung refrigerator/ice maker doesn't work properly and I can't get it fixed even with my 5 year warranty, I chose to purchase this wonderful ice maker !!
