Makes great ice cubes and makes a lot of them. But it is the noisiest appliance ever. You can hear it all over the house during the night churning away making ice. Very annoying.

I am a big XO product when it came to kitchen utensils. This was my first time buying a small appliance. Very impressed with the quality and the grinding function. Looks great sitting on the counter.
