I am still debating on bring back. it makes ice very slow. I figure out how to turn it off once ice is made. I have to unplug it every time.

This ice maker performs very well, shelling out the large cubes in a timely fashion. Makes a lot of cubes on one tank of water. Easy to use. Saves counter space and looks attractive in my kitchen.

I chose this as a gift from my employer for 25 years of service. I have wanted an ice maker and thought here is my chance to get one FREE. Well, I am disappointed in amount of ice this machine makes. It is truly a compact machine. The ice tray is small, the amount of ice it makes only fits in to one cup before having to pour in more water, and it just isn't what I was looking for. I wish I could send it back.

Excellent unit - cute bullet ice cubes, interface so-so, would DEFIINITELY recommend!

I got this as a Christmas gift in December of 2024. It’s less than 18 months old and has stopped working completely. I’ve cleaned it, reset it, gone through all troubleshooting suggestions & it just says “add water” when the reservoir is full. I’ve cleaned the sensors, tilted it gently back & forth, unplugged it, let it dry out & it will not run. Such a huge disappointment for the price. And just outside of warranty, of course.
