Chicken Roasting Pan

The roasting pan and grate measure 15.75 x 13.3 inches overall, so there is space even for large joints of meat. The meat or other roasted food sits on a high-quality grate, which allows liquids and fat to drain. This allows a crisp crust to develop. The stainless steel handles facilitate handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with a grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning's creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy that sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed.
