As great as it is to cook in the kitchen, sometimes it’s nice to have the freedom to cook wherever you want without needing a stove. With our All-Clad skillet, if there’s an outlet, you can cook there. Like our non-electric cookware, it’s made from bonded metal for even heat distribution, so heat is dispersed consistently so everything cooks evenly throughout. The surface is coated with a safe and an Eterna® nonstick coating, so food slides right off with ease. At 7 quarts, it’s way larger than most of our other pans, so you can cook big meals all at once. We are delighted with this griddle/grill. We did a family dinner around the kitchen island with cheese melting over pre boiled potatoes. On top we cooked an array of meats and veggies. The kids loved the slow eating process and so many small bites. We have also used it for Sunday breakfast which for six people can feel overwhelming. My husband was able to fry all the meat and eggs on the griddle while grits cooked on the stove. He loves that the top comes off for cleaning!
