I can see why this is frequently returned. It doesn’t lay flat enough to have replaced my larger griddle, and due to this it’s hard to make pancakes on the with the surface tilted. Too bad, I usually like cuisines products!

Great price for an excellent countertop appliance. I'd prefer to use this griddle to a frying pan. It heats up super quickly, cooks your food evenly and fast. It cleans up with either wiping it down with a soft soapy sponge or you can put it through the dishwasher. I highly recommend this appliance!

Works very well as described. Takes a bit to get hot but works really well
