We've only used this twice, but so far, it works very well and is super easy to clean. Took off one star because using the buttons to navigate settings is not as clear and easy as one would like, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

Purchased this griddled as a replacement for cusinart griddler that was 45 years old and used several times a week. The new griddler has not disappointed and the electronic temperature control is nice in that you know the exact temperature of the grill.

This is my 2nd Cuisinart griddler. My 1st one was well used over 15+ years. The new model is just as easy to use and the griddle plates are easier to clean.

What a great versatile tool, it opens a whole new way to cook.
